Export your podcast subscriptions...

If you have an AUDIOPRESS account (you can register an AUDIOPRESS account in the Account tab in the app), you can log in on your desktop computer at:

http://www.audiopress.net/

After logging in, look for the "Export playlists" links to export your podcast subscriptions in the industry standard OPML format that can be imported into iTunes or other podcast apps and services.
